Eat, Love, Gather
Welcome back to my kitchen with Volume 2 of the Eat, Love, Gather cookbook series! This time, I’m sharing 101 brand new recipes that continue to celebrate the joy of home-cooked meals, bringing family and friends together around the table. These recipes, like in Volume 1, are crafted with love, inspired by my time growing up, raising my family on the farm, and the treasured moments of gathering with those I hold dear.
Volume 2 is packed with even more tasty, comforting, and family-friendly dishes for every occasion, from casual weekday meals to special celebrations. Whether you’re a seasoned cook or just starting your culinary journey, these recipes are designed to inspire creativity and make meal preparation a joyous experience.
I’ve also included journaling space in this volume, so you can note down your own twists, modifications, and memories created while sharing these meals. Each recipe is a chance to make new memories and traditions with the people you love.
From my kitchen to yours, I hope these recipes fill your home with warmth and love. Happy cooking!

Eat, Love, Gather
These 76 recipes are tasty, comforting and family friendly, from the beginning to the end. These recipes remind me of my growing up years of using my imagination which helped me craft paper eggs for my play kitchen, raising my own family on the farm and gathering together with friends and family. I always have an extra seat open at the table and this cookbook is my way of sharing my passion and what I love to do: cooking, baking, and sharing recipes with you. I hope you will try some of the recipes in this cookbook and create more of your own memories of gathering around the table with family and friends.
Included in this cookbook series I have reserved journaling space for you to reference your own unique additions, modifications and memories.
From my little kitchen to yours…. Enjoy

Eggs Hash Browns Bacon
I often have family and sometimes friends over at our house spending the night. And this casserole is wonderful to serve in the morning for breakfast.
I grew up having Swiss steak for dinner. It brings back fond memories. Taking a tough cut of meat, making it tender and then immersing it in a with a nice hearty tomato and beef sauce was always good and fulfilling. Here is my version of this classic old school recipe. I hope you give it a try.
